Sonwell is a Part Qualified Actuary with over 27 years of experience in actuarial consulting and business management. He is currently the Managing Director at ZAC Global Actuaries & Consultants firm in Zimbabwe. As the Head of the actuarial consulting firm, Sonwell oversees several local clients as well as regional clients in Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, and Botswana. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Life and Funeral Insurance, Employee Benefits, General Insurance, Health Care, Enterprise Risk Management, ZICARP, IFRS 17 and Capital Modelling.
Sonwell has held various senior managerial roles within Fidelity Life Assurance Group and has been instrumental in transforming various business units to achieve their growth and profitability targets. 

Simbarashe has over 4 years of experience in actuarial work, He is experienced in benefits designing, actuarial valuations, product development, re-serving and risk management. He is proficient in modelling and programming with Python, Prophet and VBA.

Lenin has over four years work experience in the insurance sector performing accounting duties. He has a Bachelor of Science honours degree in accountancy and aspiring towards being a chartered accountant. Lenin is also a member of ACCA. He is involved in administrative duties and producing of financial reports.

Collen has over 4 years of experience in actuarial work. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Life, Employee Benefits and growing experience in Non-Life Insurance. Experience includes Statutory Actuarial Valuations, Risk Management, Reserving and Modelling. He is also budding as a Climate Risk Specialist. He is a member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and volunteers for the Climate and Sustainability Committee.

Batsirai has over 2 years of experience in actuarial work with a focus on all aspects of life insurance. Batsirai holds a degree in Actuarial Science from the National University of Science and Technology and is a student member of the IFoA with whom he is pursuing professional certification. Batsirai is also a member of the Actuarial Society of Zimbabwe.

Claude is an actuarial consultant aiming for professionalism and has an arsenal of skillsets. He is currently a student member of IFoA and ASZ, an actuarial graduate from the University of Zimbabwe and is seeking to fully realize the horizon of opportunities available. He has over 1 and half years of working experience in the actuarial field in both life and non-life business.
