BSc Hons Actuarial Science – Claude Mvere is a Chartered Actuary (Associate) and seasoned actuarial consultant committed to delivering excellence and integrity in every engagement. With over four years of experience across both life and non-life insurance, he brings deep expertise in IFRS 17 implementation, statutory valuations, and financial reporting. A dedicated member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) and the Actuarial Society of Zimbabwe (ASZ), Claude continuously strives to expand his professional impact and contribute to advancing actuarial practice in emerging markets.
Collen Gondo
Senior Acturial Consultant
BSc Hons Mathematics – Collen has over 5 years of experience in actuarial work. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits, IFRS17, Life and Re insurance work. His experience includes statutory valuations and overall actuarial operational roles including implementation of IFRS 17 within an insurance group. He is well versed in Climate Change & Sustainability and is a budding climate risk specialist. Collen is a member of IFOA

BCom Actuarial Science, MSc Actuarial Science – Simbarashe has over 5 years of experience in actuarial work, He is experienced in benefits designing, IFRS17 actuarial valuations, product development, re-serving and risk management. He is proficient in modelling and programming with Python, Prophet and VBA. He is currently perusing a PHD with a research topic in Measuring and Climate Liability Risks.

Edwin is well-versed in VBA and Python modeling, showcasing his technological acumen. He holds a Bachelor of Honors Degree in Actuarial Science from the National University of Science and Technology and is presently a dedicated student member of ASZ, furthering his professional development in the field. BSc Hons Actuarial Science – Natasher Moyo is an Actuarial Consultant with over five years of experience in actuarial valuations, financial modelling, and risk assessment. She has worked on IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 projects, helping organisations strengthen compliance and financial reporting. Natasher applies Excel, Python, and R to support data analysis and informed decision-making. She is a member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and currently serves as the Secretary General of the Actuarial Society of Zimbabwe.

Panashe holds a degree in Actuarial Science from the National University of Science and Technology and is a student member of IFoA with whom qualified as an associate and is pursuing a fellow certification. Diana is a Graduate Actuarial Consultant with two years of professional experience in actuarial consultancy, supported by structured exposure to insurance operations, business development, and underwriting through a graduate rotation programme. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours)degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Zimbabwe and has developed a strong foundation in actuarial analysis, pricing and reserving support, risk assessment, data-driven decision-making, and IFRS reporting, including IFRS 17 insurance accounting. She is currently an actuarial student with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), holds a certificate in Power BI, and is developing her Python skills to strengthen analytical, modelling, and consulting capabilities.
